Adaptavist ups the ante 

We joined industry leaders, practitioners, and innovators to check out the latest ITSM trends, chat technology, and serve up strategic thinking – everything that’s shaping the future of service delivery. Needless to say, the conversations were electric!
Events like SITS are so important to Adaptavist – and not just because we get to catch up with old friends and meet new faces. From our mini theatre talks to one-to-one interactions, it’s where we really hear what makes our customers tick, giving us a much deeper understanding of how to support you and solve your problems.

This means we got to demo JSM on the Atlassian booth and chat with potential new customers interested in Atlassian products. It was a great way for us to showcase our expertise, geek out about all things Atlassian, and demonstrate the full functionality JSM offers.
Adaptavist’s Principal Customer Success Advocate Phill Fox also found time to fit in a hot-ticket talk at the Atlassian booth about value streams for JSM and Jira Software integration.

Beyond Adaptavist’s contributions to the event, there were a wide range of themes discussed across the two days. Ultimately, they highlighted how important service management is in today’s IT landscape and the pivotal role it can play in helping organisations navigate challenges and exceed user expectations.
Experts were focused on the ‘how’, in terms of creating a better experience for service management customers. Topics they touched on included:
  • Expanding beyond IT – rolling out service management practices across the enterprise, from finance functions to marketing and HR, and how automation can help make this happen.
  • The role of AI – thinking about how businesses can be AI-ready and tackle the key AI challenges they’re already facing, such as hallucinations, compliance, and jail-breaks.
  • Colleagues as customers – the importance of the internal customer experience and the need to bring teams along on your digital transformation and maintain that engagement to make services work best for them.
