Find out more about how we can help you maximise value for your Atlassian tools
Running themes throughout Team ‘25 centre around human-AI collaboration and cross-organisation high-stakes teamwork. With that in mind, it's no surprise that one of the biggest and most exciting announcements is about Atlassian’s AI product, Rovo.
Rovo will soon be available for free to all Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management users. This offers incredible opportunities utilising the Atlassian Teamwork Graph to analyse, search, summarise, and take action, based on your data across your knowledge base. Enterprise and Premium tier users will benefit from this change first, and Standard tier users will follow. Also, teams not using Atlassian can also now get access to Rovo for $5 per user per month.
Not only is Rovo being offered to all users as part of their essential tools, but Rovo as we know it now has been rearchitected into three apps—Search, Chat, and Studio.

New Rovo apps

Rocket
Rovo Search
Search allows users to pull personalised data from across their knowledge base using Teamwork Graph, which contains Atlassian tool data alongside data from 100+ third-party apps available for connection. These apps include key workplace collaboration tools like Slack and Teams, alongside popular project management tools like monday.com and developer tools like GitLab and GitHub.
Robot
Rovo Chat
The Chat app is more than a chatbot, it provides both answers and actions in real-time. You can upload files, develop charts to visualise data and pull in-chat real-time access to knowledge. Take actions based on responses, and use deep research to analyse your Teamwork Graph for greater insight on a topic.
Puzzle
Rovo Studio
Rovo Studio allows any user to create Rovo Agents, automation, and apps in one place—with or without code. Users can easily set up workflows that reduce manual tasks and deliver insights.
The better you build and maintain your knowledge base and include rich content like Loom videos and Smart Links, the more effective your AI results will be.
With these three new built-in apps, every user in every team gets supercharged AI benefits, no matter their role or technical expertise. We can’t wait to explore the possibilities with our customers.
Alongside Rovo, two new collections were introduced, combining Atlassian tools to help business teams and leaders be more productive, efficient, and collaborative across the organisation. These bundled packages of Atlassian products provide connected toolsets aimed at giving your users everything they need to deliver work better.

New Atlassian product collections

People
Teamwork Collection
A subscription-based product bundle bringing Jira, Confluence, and Loom, plus Rovo Agents, together as one package of interconnected teamwork tools. For everyone in your business to collaborate and share knowledge but in a way that works for them, and faster with the power of AI. Atlassian refers to this as its ‘core collaboration stack'.

Strategy Collection
Aimed at leaders, this collection streamlines Enterprise Strategy Planning with the combination of Focus, Talent, and Align. This collection gives leaders the tools to make decisions and drive action, and is connected to your wider Atlassian products for full alignment on goals and tasks across your business, making it easier for everyone to work towards the same vision.

Refined look, new features, greater possibilities

Across your Atlassian tools, you'll spot refreshed designs, including a new navigation, new layout, and more consistency across apps. These changes give the tools a more modern feel, providing an overall simplified and smoother experience.
In addition, Atlassian has launched a range of built-in platform apps which are pre-loaded into your tools to help you access the information and features you require easily.
Platform appFeatures

Plus, the three Rovo apps mentioned above—Search, Chat, and Studio—and an admin area.
All these great AI features, built-in platform apps, and collections are available on Atlassian Cloud, which is why two new cloud announcements will interest US Government and complex or regulated industries requiring more security and control.
