The course has been designed specifically for IT professionals like you seeking to improve service management and organisations that want to align their IT services with business objectives. You’ll gain an understanding of ITSM’s common language and key concepts, and how the ITIL guiding principles can be used to enhance productivity, optimise costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
You’ll also learn about:
  • The ITIL framework and how it’s evolved to integrate new technologies and ways of working
  • Four dimensions of service management
  • The service value system (SVS), its purpose, and components
  • The service value chain (SVC), its activities, and how they interconnect
  • The purpose and key terms of 15 ITIL practices, and details for seven of those practices

With interactive modules and real-world examples, you can develop your knowledge of ITIL 4 with our expertise by your side. There are also practice exams to prepare you for ITIL 4 Foundation certification, positioning you for success in an IT service management career.
The ITIL 4 Foundation examination assesses your recall and understanding of the ITIL® 4 service management framework. There are 40 questions in a multiple-choice format, and you need to get 26 questions correct to pass and be awarded the ITIL® 4 Foundation qualification.

  • Two practice exams and additional resources to support your exam preparation
  • The official ITIL handbook
  • Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification exam with Take2*
*Take2 lets you retake the exam if unsuccessful in the first attempt.
